This website is operated by Dark Server Records for informational and promotional purposes. All content including text, images, audio previews, and design elements is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may access and browse this site freely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or copy the site content automatically
• Use the Dark Server Records name, logo, or branding without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with the label
• Attempt to access restricted systems or interfere with site operation

02. Intellectual Property

All music released through Dark Server Records remains the intellectual property of the respective artists. Artists retain 100% ownership of their compositions and masters.

Dark Server Records holds a non-exclusive distribution and licensing right over released recordings as agreed upon in the artist distribution agreement. This includes:

• Digital distribution across 450+ streaming platforms and stores globally (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, TikTok, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and more) in 200+ territories
• YouTube Content ID registration — automatic revenue collection on every use of the track in YouTube videos
• ISRC & UPC code assignment, provided to artists at no cost
• Promotional use of artwork, titles, and audio excerpts on label channels and social media
• Chart registration eligibility and editorial playlist pitch submissions on behalf of the artist

The label's branding — including the Dark Server Records name, logo, and visual identity — is the exclusive property of Dark Server Records and may not be used without written consent.

03. Demo Submissions

By submitting a demo to Dark Server Records, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator and rights holder of the submitted material
• The material does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• The submission does not contain unauthorized samples or copyrighted material without clearance
• You grant Dark Server Records the right to listen to and evaluate your submission

Submitting a demo does not guarantee a response, signing, or release. All submissions are evaluated at the label's sole discretion. Demo files and links shared with us are stored securely and not redistributed.

We do not accept demos via direct email attachments. Use the submission form on the Submit Demo page with a streaming or cloud link.

04. Distribution & Revenue Split

Artists signed to Dark Server Records enter a non-exclusive distribution agreement. The standard revenue split is:

Included in all distribution agreements:

• ISRC & UPC codes provided at no additional cost to the artist
• YouTube Content ID — automatic registration and royalty collection
• Daily analytics from Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, TikTok and others
• Monthly detailed royalty reports (40+ report types)
• Spotify for Artists — immediate access via direct partnership
• Pitch Portal — submission for editorial playlists and promotional opportunities

All specific terms, exclusivity clauses, release windows, and additional agreements are documented in the individual Artist Agreement signed before any release. In case of conflict between these general terms and a signed Artist Agreement, the Artist Agreement takes precedence.

Revenue is distributed on a monthly basis following receipt from the distributor. Artists receive detailed statements upon request.

05. Artist Agreement

No release is made without a signed Artist Agreement in place. The agreement covers:

• Release schedule and catalog number assignment
• Territory and platform scope
• Revenue split and payment terms
• Promotional obligations of both parties
• Termination clauses and catalog removal procedures

06. Disclaimer & Liability

Dark Server Records provides this website "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site or its content.

External links to streaming platforms, social media, or third-party services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Dark Server Records is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content.

07. Privacy & Data

When you submit a demo or use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your submission.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address on the Contact page.

08. Modifications

Dark Server Records reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
